We can offer you 3 different kinds of training.
The contents are only examples and not complete. If necessary we will individualisize the contents to customers needs.
The training course will be held by qualified staff of R.A.M. GmbH.
Training: Operator
  • choose and load a recipe in software CAMEN
  • Explanation of contents on chosen Screens
  • Explanation of the terms: Gray-Value, Threshold, Slit
  • Creation of an order in CAMEN
  • Start/Stop/etc. Rollreports
  • Handling with warnings and errors
  • Introduction to software PAT
  • ...
This training course can be held at cutomers machine directly.
Duration: 1 day
Training: Manager / Head of Production
Additional to the trainng course Operator the following contents:
  • Introduction of how to create a recipe for different products
  • Basics of detection optical defects
  • Introduction of Classification of defects, size, Type at given samples.
    • Please send those samples before the training course to R.A.M. to ensure a well prepared training course.
  • Working with software PAT
  • ...
This training course will be held at R.A.M. GmbH.
Duration: 2 days
Training: Maintenance
Additional to the trainng course Manager the following contents:
  • Explanation of alerts for products or the system
  • Which actions should be taken and what is the effect
  • Explanation and Usage of CAMEN log
  • Reboot possibilities of single line cameras
  • General malfunction search at the system
  • Systemevaluation, mechanical Works, electrical check and complete System test with external inspection equipment.
  • Understanding of System Calibration
